Gold
Pumps
Gold pumps have
recently been termed ' the new beige'. Their chicness and
elegance make them a great buy for parties, weddings, and even
to dress up jeans and urban wear. Here's why I like them, I
hope you will to.

Why I
LOVE My Gold Pumps
As I mentioned in my
article on yellow pumps, I was never a big fan
of what I considered gaudy, over the top style and
fashion. I always dressed, not to impress, but more to
'not get noticed'. Silly I know, but as time has moved
forward, I have become far keener to express myself with
more exciting and vibrant styles and designs of high heel
shoes.
As a bit of a shoe diva, I have always
liked stylish and trendy shoes, providing they were black!!!
But since throwing caution to the wind and getting more heavily
into shoe fashion, my gold pumps have rarely been off
my feet.
Gold pump shoes are very popular these
days, and there are so many different designers producing cool
shoes, you won't have to look too far to find something you
like. Steve Madden , Saks Firth Avenue, Stuart Weitzman, Jimmy
Choo, Giuseppe Zanotti and Donald J Pliner are all
designing some great looking shoes including gold glitter
pumps, gold peep toe pumps, and gold metallic pumps, with
price ranges to suit everyone. Even the celebrity named
foorwear like Jessica Simpson ar eproducing some really nice
metallic leather pumps for ridiculously low prices.
My
Franco Sarto Gold Pumps
If I'm honest, I
have FIVE pairs of gold shoes. Platforms, gold heels, flat
pump shoes and a nice set of Franco Sarto platform
pumps
are my everyday shoe. These are pretty cool, but I
guess you could call them a little more bronze than gold. I
bought these babies on Amazon
for around $70, and they're REAL LEATHER. The sole is manmade,
and the 3 3/4 inch heel is high enough to boost you up a
little, but not high enough to cripple you.
I've worn these out a lot, and the
comments about how good it makes your legs look surprised me.
I'm not overweight, but I am no 'model' either, but these
gold pumps sure do flatter my legs and
ankles.

Franco Sarto started
working in a shoe factory when he was around 14 years old,
and he hand sketches a lot of his designs personally.
Technically, these are a really well designed shoe, and
for the money ,the quality of the materials is
amazing.
This particular pair really are to die
for, and walking in them is so easy. I recently read a review
from a Grade 7 teacher who wears a pair of these at school,
standing for hours on end. Even at the end of the day, she said
they are still comfortable.
I love them, I hope you do too. It's
amazing how sexy a pair of shoes can make you feel. I wear
these with a dress or skirt usually, but I've also worn them
with my favorite faded scruffy jeans, and they still looked a
million dollars.
Gold heels or pumps don't need to cost the
earth, buy them at Amazon
from $20 upwards, where you'll find stacks of gold pumps on
sale. But if you've got a spare bit of cash in the
purse, perhaps these pure gold heels might suit you. I can't
comment on the build quality but the materials should be pretty
good. Whatever you choose, don't wear them only to parties. You
can look good all day in gold
pumps.
